After finishing refresher courses in Japan, these trainees have been more skillful and mastered a sense of discipline at work.

Addressing the signing ceremony, MOLISA Minister Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân expressed her gratitude to IMM for  its cooperation with Việt Nam. The Minister hoped that the two sides will foster cooperation to put the signed agreement into reality.

IMM President Kyoei Yanagisawa was convinced that the agreement will serve to strengthen the socio-economic development in respective countries as well as bilateral ties and mutual understanding.

He also pledged to early and effectively fulfill the agreement in order to better Vietnamese laborers’ professional skills.

Implemented by Việt Nam and Japan since 1992, the cooperation program on refresher courses has nurtured over 31,000 Vietnamese trainees.
