Leaders congratulates Sri Lanka’s National Day

VNGOP – On the 60th anniversary of the National Day of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (February 4, 1948), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng separately cabled on February 4 congratulations to their counterparts, President Mahinda Rajapaksa and PM Ratnasiri Wickramanyaka respectively.
