NA interpellations start today

VGP – As informed by the NA Office, the 6th sitting of the 12th NA will spend three days, from November 17 to 19, on interpellating members of the Government about current socio-economic issues.

The 12th NA starts interpellating members of the Government about current socio-economic issues from November 17 to 19

As far November 12, NA deputies registered 238 questions for the Government, the PM and other Cabinet members.

On Tuesday morning, Governor of the State Bank Nguyễn Văn Giàu is the first Government member to enter interpellation, clarifying the realization of the 1st stimulus package, management of foreign exchange market, and the enforcement of monetary policies.

The same day, Minister of Information and Communications Lê Doãn Hợp will give answers to questions about the State management over media, Internet, publications and telecommunication infrastructure.

In the second day of NA interpellation, Minister of Industry and Trade Vũ Huy Hoàng and Minister of Home Affairs Trần Văn Tuấn will clarify management and development of domestic market, export and import, medium and small hydroelectric development; training of civil servants, emulation work, and administrative reforms.

As scheduled, in the morning of November 19/11, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng will provide more details of the Government’s direction and performance.

Some ministers, who are not NA deputies, will join the interpellations and give answers to law-makers, if necessary.
