“Ethnic language TV broadcast project 2006-2010" to be realized

On the comments of the relevant ministries and agencies, the VTV will build the project into two components. The first will invest in equipment for national VTV and provincial stations and the second, in training of staff for ethnic language television programs. The VTV is vested with approving and realizing the project in conformity with the current stipulations.

The PM assigned the ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Culture and Information, the Committee for Ethnic Affairs, and the provincial people’s committees taking part in the Project to collaborate with the VTV in implementing the Project and fulfilling its goals.
