VGP – The Government and the Prime Minister issued 11 legal documents, including 10 Decrees, in May 2019.

Decree No. 37/2019/ND-CP dated May 7, 2019 of the Government elaborates a number of articles of the Planning Law.

Decree No. 38/2019/ND-CP dated May 9, 2019 of the Government defines on statutory pay rate for public officials and public employees.

Decree No. 39/2019/ND-CP dated May 10, 2019 of the Government stipulates on the organization and operation of the small and medium-sized enterprises development fund

Decree No. 42/2019/ND-CP dated May 16, 2019 of the Government regulates on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on fisheries.

Decree No. 44/2019/ND-CP dated May 20, 2019 of the Government prescribes the pension, social insurance allowance and monthly allowance.

Decree No. 45/2019/ND-CP dated May 21, 2019 of the Government defines on penalties for administrative violations in tourism.
