This year’s themed “Viet Nam- The cook of the world” is also a chance to promote Vietnamese specialties and foreign dishes while creating opportunities to promote regional and international friendship and cooperation.
It also honors the culinary culture of Viet Nam and the talents of Vietnamese chefs.
The highlight of the event will be the zone on Vietnamese gastronomy and cakes, imitating cultural spaces of the North, Central, South and Central Highlands.
In addition, the food festival also includes many activities such as art performances, folk games, cooking instruction and performance and more.
