15th anniversary of VN-Belarus diplomatic tie establishing congratulated

VNGOVNet – On the 15th anniversary of the establishing of the diplomatic relation between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Belarus (January 24, 1992-January 24, 2007), on January 23, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent separately congratulatory messages to their Belarusian counterparts, Mr. A. Lukashenko and Mr. S. Sidorski.
