2019 ASEAN Music Festival to take place in Hai Phong

VGP - The 2019 ASEAN Music Festival will take place in the northern port city of Hai Phong from May 25-31, aiming to promote the cooperative relations in culture and art between Viet Nam and other nations in the region.

The event will draw the participation of art delegations from nations in ASEAN, which help connect people in the bloc to strengthen knowledge and solidarity for a prosperous ASEAN Community.

The festival also creates an opportunity for Vietnamese artists to introduce the cultural characteristics to foreign partners and exchange experiences in management and creativity of high-quality musical products to meet demands of people.

Seven nations in ASEAN will join the festival, including Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam.
