Around 7,000 guest workers sent abroad in Jan

The figure includes 7,000 guest workers who were sent abroad during the past month, the Ministry said.

In 2013, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) targets to create 1.6 million jobs, lower urban unemployment rate under 4%, cut national poverty rate by 2%.

Last year, over 1.4 million people found jobs, meeting 95% of the year’s target, official statistics show. Of which, the number of guest workers amounted to 80,000, including 26,800 females./.
