AstraZeneca delivers 1.3 million vaccine doses to Viet Nam

VGP – The Ministry of Health received 1,317,500 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine on September 27.

The amount is part of an order of 30 million doses signed between the Viet Nam Vaccine Company (VNVC) and AstraZeneca last November.

The latest delivery brought the total number of COVID-19 vaccine doses in Viet Nam to 54 million, of which over 39.32 million doses of vaccines have been administered nationwide.

The nation has administered 38,367,246 doses of COVID-19 vaccines, with 30,420,963 people receiving first jab and 7,946,283 people getting fully vaccinated./.
