Chilean President begins State visit to VN

VGP – Chilean President Michelle Bachelet Jeria arrived in Ha Noi on November 8, starting her two-day State visit to Viet Nam at the invitation of State President Tran Dai Quang.

She will attend the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Da Nang City.

The visit is aimed at strengthening the friendship relationship and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations, exchanging measures and ways to deepen the two nations’ Comprehensive Partnership, especially in such areas as economics, trade, investment, culture, science-technology and tourism as well as enhance cooperation in areas of mutual concerns.
