Congratulating Ireland’s national day

VNGOVNet – On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Ireland, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng separately sent on March 17 their congratulatory messages to their Irish counterparts, President Mary McAleese and Taoiseach Bertie Ahern.
