Congratulatory messages on diplomatic events between VN and Laos

VNGOP – Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Việt Nam-Laos Friendship and Cooperation Treaty (July 18, 1977-July 18, 2007), General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Nông Đức Mạnh, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng separately extended their congratulations to their Lao counterparts, General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Choummaly Sayasone; NA Chairman Thoongsin Thammavong; and PM Bouasone Bouphavanh.
