Credit agreements approved for waste and drainage treatment in Hà Nam Prov.

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Finance (MoF), PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng approved on December 18 the Credit Agreements and borrowing conditions of the Projects "Hà Nam Waste Disposal Plant" and "Sewage Draining and Treating Systems in Phủ Lý Town, Hà Nam Province" with the fund from the Belgian Fortis Bank.

The PM entrusted the MoF to sign the Agreements with the Fortis Bank.

The Project "Sewage Draining and Treating Systems in Phủ Lý Town, Hà Nam Province" has a budget of VND169 billion, in which preferential ODA loans with interest subsidized by the Belgian Government amounts to €4.58 million (equivalent to VND85 billion). The Hà Nam Province People’s Committee provides corresponding funding of VND84 billion from its own annual budget.
