Dominican Republic’s National Day congratulated

VNGOVNet – On the occasion of the 163rd anniversary of the Dominican Republic (Feb. 27, 1844-Feb. 27, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent his congratulatory message on February 26 to Dominican President Leonel Fernandez Reina.
