DPM to attend 49th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

VGP - Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh will lead the Vietnamese delegation to attend the 49th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM-49) and Relevant Foreign Ministers’ Meetings from July 23 to 26, 2016 in Vientiane, Laos.
