Finland-funded support agreement approved

VNGOP – The PM accepted the Agreement between the governments of Finland and Việt Nam according to which Finland will fund the Socio-economic Development Program in Disadvantaged Communes in the period 2006-2010 (Program 136, stage II).

The PM authorized the Finance Minister to sign the Agreement with the representative of the Finnish Government.

The Ministry of Finance was entrusted to work with the Committee of Ethnic Affairs and relevant agencies in receiving the aids in conformity with the PM's Decision 425/QĐ-TTg dated on April 13, 2007.
