France helps build hospital in Can Tho

VGP – The French Government financed €19.5 million worth in health care equipment and education service to be used by Can Tho City General Hospital in the Mekong Delta region.

The second Financial Protocol between Viet Nam and France was signed on January 15 between French Ambassador to Viet Nam Jean Noel Poirier and Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment (MPI) Bui Quang Vinh.

The first Financial Protocol was signed between the French Minister of Foreign Trade and the Minister of Planning and Investment during the official visit of PM Nguyen Tan Dung to France on September 29, 2013.

Accordingly, Can Tho General Hospital with 500 sick-beds will become a model in the region.
