Florence and Cape Plass were built by two Vinashin subsidiaries, the Hạ Long Shipyard and the Nam Triệu Shipping Industry Corporation respectively. These are new-generation high-tonnage cargo ships, 190m in length and 32.26m in width. They are equipped with the latest automatic supervision and navigation systems. These largest vessels ever built in Vietnam meet all requirements on international registration and standards.
