Leaders congratulate Oman and Latvia on National Day

VNGOP - On the 37th anniversary of the National Day of the Sultanate of Oman (November 18, 1970-November 18, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and Deputy PM, Foreign Minister Phạm Gia Khiêm today, November 17 separately sent their messages of greetings to Omani Sultan, PM cum Foreign Minister Qaboos Bin Said Al Said.

On the same day, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm extended their separate congratulations to their Latvian counterparts, President Valdis Zatlers, PM Aigars Kalvitis and FM Maris Riekstins respectively, on the occasion of the 89th National Day of the Republic of Latvia (November 18, 1918-November 18, 2007).
