Leaders send congratulations on National Day of Cuba

VGP – Party General Secretary, State President Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on December 31 extended their congratulations to First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee Raul Castro Ruz, Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the National Day of Cuba (January 1, 1959).

The same day, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan sent her greetings to Cuban President of the National Assembly of People's Power Esteban Lazo Hernández.

Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled a message of congratulations to Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla.
