MHA required to solve overlapped management

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on Saturday asked the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to soon solve the overlapped management between ministries and sectors, according to local sources.

The PM suggested this when took part in the MHA’s conference for implementing its new tasks in 2011 that held on February 12 in Hà Nội. 

He also asked the Ministry to put forth suggestions on the State’s organization and management in the future.  

For energy development and climate change tackling, the MHA should take part in the joint efforts by suggesting whether to set up a professional agency to solve these issues or only implementing the coordinate mechanism between ministries and sectors, noted PM Dũng.

Besides, the Ministry also has to issue the guidance for implementing the Law on Public Servants and salary policy, improve the effectiveness of the Sate management on non-governmental organizations, and enhance the efficient of staff and officials’ training, the PM suggested.
