MPI to sign technical cooperation pack 2006

VNGOP – The PM agreed on April 11 to authorize leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) to sign an agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany on technical cooperation in 2006.

The MPI was assigned to instruct the project administrators in fulfilling necessary procedures in line with Item 1 Article 1 of the Agreement in order to implement their projects. The MPI was also required to collaborate with the concerned agencies in observing the Agreement.
