National COVID-19 patient tally crosses 10,000

VGP – The Ministry of Health confirmed 157 COVID-19 cases over the last 18 hours, raising the national patient tally to 10,137.

The latest patients include one imported case and 156 local infections recorded in Bac Giang (84), Ho Chi Minh City (40), Bac Ninh (18), Tien Giang (10), Ba Tinh (three), and Lang Son (one).

Among the national count, 6,848 community infection cases have been reported in 39 cities and provinces nationwide, in which Bac Giang remains the biggest COVID-19 hotspot with 3,820 cases, accounting for more than half of the total over the period./.
