Nha Trang sends out green message

VGP – The central coastal city of Nha Trang delivered its ambition of becoming a green city via a street parade, themed “Khánh Hòa – Nha Trang: Land of wonders”, on June 13 night.

The parade, part of the ongoing 2011 Sea Festival, was made up of over 1,000 artists in colorful costumers featuring marine creatures along with flower vehicles decorated with stylized corals, the globes, pearls, Bà Tower, islands…

Traditional cultures of 32 ethnic groups inhabited in Khánh Hòa province were also highlighted in the festival, which saw the participation of a dance troupe from Cuba.
