PM extends condolences over former Indian counterpart's death

VNGOP - PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on July 10 sent a message of condolences to his Indian counterpart, Manmohan Singh, over the death of former PM Chandra Shekhar. He also extended condolences to the family of the former PM.
