PM urges to plan coastal highway and trans-VN express passenger sea route

Accordingly, the PM assigned the Ministry of Transport to promptly make the plan on the construction of a coastal highway and a north-south express passenger sea route in conformity with the Government's Resolution 27/2007/NQ-CP dated on May 30, 2007 on the Action Program to realize the Việt Nam Sea Strategy to 2020. The Ministry will direct Vinashin in building and operating new passenger vessels for this sea route.
