State and Gov’t leaders congratulate Lebanon’s National Day

VNGOP – On the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Lebanon (November 22, 1943-November 22, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng separately sent their congratulatory messages to President Emile Lahoud and PM Fuad Siniora respectively on November 21.
