The host leader suggested that the federation should help encourage more enterprises to invest in Việt Nam in the fields of high-technology, infrastructure, human resources training and the environment.

Việt Nam would continue to create favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises to invest in Việt Nam, Mr. Sang added.

For his part, Keidanren’s Chairman Yonekura Hiromasa said that this visit is an important opportunity for representatives of leading Japanese economic groups to discuss their proposals with Vietnamese State and Party leaders.

Mr. Hiromasa suggested Việt Nam pay more attention to developing support industries.
