Ten SOEs considered to have State capital divested

VGP - The PM has asked the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) to report on what time and how to divest State capital from ten State-owned enterprises (SOEs) for consideration and approval.

The ten SOEs are the Bao Minh Insurance Corporation (the State owns 50.7% of its capital), the Viet Nam National Reinsurance Corporation (40.4%), the Ha Giang Engineering and Mineral Resource Joint Stock Company (46.6%), the TienPhong Plastic Joint Stock Company (37.1%), the Viet Nam Infrastructure and Real Estates Joint Stock Company (47.6%), the Sa Giang Import – Export Joint Stock Company (49.9%), the FPT Joint Stock Company (6%) and the FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (50.2%).

The SCIC continues to be a shareholder and a long-term investor of nine other enterprises, including the SCIC Investment Company (SIC), the An Giang Stone Mining and Processing Company, the Viet Nam-Lao Vung Ang Port Joint Stock Company, the SCIC Bao Viet Investment Joint Stock Company, the TrangTien Trade – Investment Company, the TRAPHACO Joint Stock Compnay, the HauGiang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and the DOMESCO Medical Import – Export Joint Stock Company.
