Tiền Giang rambutan growers receive VietGAP
VGP - The Tân Phong rambutan-growing area in Tiền Giang has been granted VietGap certificate, a credit that will help the locality boost export of the fruit.

Tân Phong is the first locality in Tiền Giang to receive VietGAP certificate, according to the Southern Fruit Research Institute.
The area has 16.7 ha of rambutan trees, grown by 34 households.
A fruit exporter in Bến Tre Province has signed contracts to export Tân Phong-grown rambutans to Asian and European markets with prices higher than the average ones by 15-20%.
