 Tourism cooperation with Austria promoted

VGP – Deputy PM Nguyễn Thiện Nhân has said he wants Austria’s University of Applied Sciences Krems, experienced in tourism research and teaching, to effectively cooperate with Vietnamese partners.

Deputy PM Nguyễn Thiện Nhân met with CEO Prof. Mag. Dr. Mag Boyer Heinz of Austria’s  University of Applied Sciences Krems, on February 14 in Hà Nội.

The Deputy PM said he highly appreciates training cooperation between Việt Nam and Austria in general, between the Austrian university and some partners in Việt Nam in particular.

The Deputy PM affirmed that Việt Nam encourages Austrian partners to continue to transfer advanced teaching approaches to Vietnamese universities.

Mr. Heinz said his university wants to foster comprehensive cooperation with Vietnamese partners. He proposed the Vietnamese Government create favorable conditions for the facility and its partners to establish an international standard tourism college in Việt Nam.
