Two ILO-donated projects approved

VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the portfolio of projects on assisting the development of labor relations, salary-calculation mechanism, capacity and institutions for the implementation of labor laws in Viet Nam.

The project is sponsored by the International Labor Organization (ILO) with total non-refundable aid of over US$4 million.

PM Dung has also given nod to another ILO-funded project on improving the capacity to enforce insurance laws in Viet Nam in the period of 2012-2014.

Under the second project, the international organization will provide US$624,802 in non-refundable aid to Viet Nam.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Society (MOLISA) is responsible for assessing, signing and realizing the projects./.
