Uruguayan President to visit VN

VNGOP – At the invitation of President Nguyễn Minh Triết, President Tabaré Ramón Vázquez Rosas of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and his spouse will pay an official visit to Việt Nam on November 18-20.
