It is time to invest in Việt Nam’s agriculture, one of 15 big agricultural export markets of the US, Mr. Scuse said.

Vice Chairman of the Hồ Chí Minh City People’s Committee Lê Minh Trí said: “Hồ Chí Minh City is focusing on developing urban agriculture, agricultural services and biotechnology. It has a wish to establish ties with countries with advanced agriculture.”

Việt Nam exported US $11 billion worth of goods to the US, and imported US $2.9 billion worth of products from the foreign country in the first 9 months of this year.
