Viet Nam records 104 new COVID-19 cases, 23 recoveries

VGP – The Ministry of Health confirmed 104 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday evening, raising the national caseload to 10,241.

The latest patients include a 27-year-old Vietnamese man returning home via Moc Bai international border gate in the southern province of Tay Ninh on May 31.

All the others are local infections in Ho Chi Minh City (44), Bac Giang (41), Bac Ninh (16), and Ha Tinh (two).

The same day, the ministry also said 23 patients were discharged from hospitals, bringing the total recoveries to 3,827./.
