VietBuild Hà Nội 2008: Opportunity for construction industry to grow

Attending the opening ceremony, Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng stated that VietBuild 2008 offered a good chance for Việt Nam’s businesses to accelerate commercial promotion, technological transfer and investment cooperation, as well as introduce their building products to the world.

VietBuild International Exhibition is an annual event organized by the Việt Nam Ministry of Construction in cooperation with the AFC International Exhibition and Fair Corp and VCCI-EXPO Ha Noi Company. Its aim is to highlight the industry’s achievements in all fields, such as industrial construction, civil construction, building materials, interior and exterior decorations, housing and office equipment, architectural designing, urban planning, and building machinery. The VietBuild Hà Nội drew the participation of 324 businesses from 16 countries, including the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Italy, Japan, China, and the US, with 800 stalls.
