Vietnamese Culture Center to take shape in France

VNGOVNet – The Government Office on February 9 issued Document 823/VPCP-QHQT delivering the direction of Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm acting on behalf of the PM as to the establishment of the Vietnamese Culture Center in France.

The Deputy PM assigned the Ministry of Culture and Information, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the relevant agencies, to work with the French side to complete an agreement of cooperation between the Vietnamese and French Governments in founding culture centers in each country, and submit it to the PM for decision.

Based on the signed agreement, the Ministry of Culture and Information will work with the relevant agencies to design a project to build the Vietnamese Culture Center in France, which should cover the scope of activity, organizational structure and remunerations for staff of the centre, in line with the current regulations and procedures and submit it to the PM for final approval.
