VN, Armenia mark 25th anniversary of diplomatic ties

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang cabled a congratulatory message to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of diplomatic ties (July 14, 1992-July 14, 2017).
