VN, Bulgaria sign education cooperation program

VNGOP – Acting on behalf of the PM, Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm agreed in principle on April 19 that the Ministry of Education and Training (MET) will sign the Education Cooperation Program in the period of 2007-2009 with the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science.
