DPM Nhan said he will instruct Vietnamese relevant ministries to implement agreements reached during working sessions between Bulgarian DPM Simeon Diankov and Vietnamese Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh, Finance Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, Education and Training Minister Pham Vu Luan, and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh.

“The cooperative ties between Viet Nam and Bulgaria are becoming more and more deepened, with practical projects in many fields,” DPM Nhan stressed.

He added that Viet Nam pins great hope on the two countries’ initiative about a new economic cooperation model, creating a springboard to bring the bilateral economic, trade and investment relations to a new height.

The new economic cooperation model is based on export of Vietnamese semi-processed goods to Bulgaria for direct processing at Bulgaria’s ports and then for export to the European market.

Besides, DPM Nhan said he wants Bulgaria to continue to assist Viet Nam in sports training.

Mr. Diankov affirmed that Bulgaria will define concrete orientations to realize the reached cooperation deals because it is interested in cooperating deeply with Viet Nam in many spheres.

The Bulgarian DPM said he wants Viet Nam to organize cultural events such as Vietnamese pottery expos and folk arts exhibitions in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia.
