VN condemns attacks on diplomatic agencies in Serbia

VNGOP – After a series of attacks on diplomatic representative offices in Serbia’s Belgrade, the United Nations Security Council convened an urgent meeting on February 21 to discuss and approve the press release condemning these actions and reconfirming fundamental principles on imprescriptible rights of diplomatic agencies.

Addressing the meeting, Ambassador Lê Lương Minh, representative of Việt Nam to the UN Security Council, affirmed Việt Nam’s stance to consider those assaults as illegal actions which should be accused and stopped.
