The decision was made by the PM who assigned the Việt Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in collaboration with relevant ministries and the National Assembly Commission of Foreign Affairs, to complete the program.
As reported earlier, in 2009, Việt Nam selected India and Spain as typical venues for the Vietnamese Days in Foreign Countries.
The diplomatic and cultural events served to polish Vietnamese images, spur investment, trade and tourism, and cement the bilateral ties between Việt Nam and other countries.
