VN, Laos sign cadre training cooperation protocol

VGP – The Vietnamese Minister of Education and Training inked with the Lao Minister of Education and Sports a protocol on cadre training cooperation in Vientiane on Feb. 9 after getting the PM’s approval of the content of the protocol.

The signing took place during the official visit by State President Trương Tấn Sang to Laos.

Cooperation on education and human resource development between Vietnam and Laos has been deepened and broadened over the years.

Over 5,200 Lao cadres and students are studying at training establishments in Việt Nam with scholarships granted by the Vietnamese and Lao governments and localities.
