VN to host IPhO 39 in 2008

VNGOP – Under a recent decision signed by the PM, the 39th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2008) will be organized in Hà Nội on July 20-29, 2008

About 100 delegations of nine members each from many countries and territories will attend the event.

The World Federation of Physics Competitions (WFPhC) meeting will be held on July 29 to August 02, 2008, attracting 80 delegates.

Việt Nam also plans to organize a number of cultural, art, sports and tourist activities on this occasion.
