VN, Ukraine sign audit cooperation agreement

VGP – Representatives of the State Audit of Việt Nam and the Ukrainian Court of Auditors on Monday in Hà Nội officially sealed a cooperation agreement to exchange experience of auditing methods and conduct State-level financial supervision.

Under the agreement, both sides will jointly or independently carry out audits on the basis of consensus and exchange legal documents and data on State auditing.

The two sides also reached an agreement to shake hands in personnel training and exchange delegations at all levels to share professional experience.

Earlier, Vietnamese General Auditor Vương Đình Huệ on December 16, 2009 paid a visit to Ukraine where he met with his Ukrainian counterpart to discuss the signing of a cooperation agreement and exchanges of information on various aspects of state auditing and experience of regulating auditing agencies./.
