WB supports VN’s development efforts

VGP – The State Bank of Việt Nam and the World Bank on Tuesday signed a loan and four credits totaling US $620 million in support of Việt Nam’s development efforts.

The money will be used to finance five operations, namely Hospital Waste Management Support Project, Hải Phòng Urban Transport Project, the third operation for Program 135-2, additional financing for the Second Transmission and Distribution Project, and Coastal Cities Environmental Sanitation Project.
