HCMC establishes cooperative with Kuwaiti partner
VGP – A memorandum of understanding on establishing cooperative relations between Hồ Chí Minh City (Việt Nam) and Al-Ahmadi Province (Kuwait) was signed on December 7 in Hồ Chí Minh City.
In the
memorandum, the two sides will push up cooperation in trade, investment,
education, environment, science and technology, information and culture
exchange, and sports.
